How To Trouble Shoot Your Xbox One Turning Off Randomly

Now before we troubleshoot, ensure that your power supply cord is connected to the Xbox securely and is not lose or damaged, and ensure the Xbox power cord connected to the outlet is secure and not damaged or loose in any way.

Turn off your console
Wait at least one hour for the console to cool down
Move the console to a well-ventilated area
Turn on your console and see if it works

Now, you may have something resting on the Xbox One which causes it to overheat. You should never have anything on your Xbox One as this blocks your consoles fans from expelling the hot air which causes it to overheat.

Ensure your Xbox is in an open space and never an enclosed area so it can expel heat properly.

Clean the inside of the Xbox including the fan and vents where hot air is expelled
