Best 42 Xbox One Games(Gamers Guide)

The Xbox One generation has nearly come to an end and this generation brought with it some fantastic games.

I will list only the very best Xbox One games from different genres as they will range from big-budget AAA exclusives to small indie games. Are you ready to dive in? Let’s go!

First Person Shooters

1. Halo 5: Guardians(Amazon Link)

Halo has always been one of my favourite franchise and Master Chiefs latest outing is one of his biggest, being custom-built for the Xbox One. The graphics are gorgeous together with two character campaigns allowing you to see different versions of the expanded Halo universe. The campaign ends abruptly however but the ride is a good one.

The multiplayer is back with one of if not the best movement in ANY FPS, you can express yourself in so many different ways it really is amazing and I hope the movement is very similar for Halo Infinite.

Multiplayer has excellent game modes like team deathmatch and capture the flag available together with an excellent map design that is a staple for any Halo game. If you’re a fan of FPS’ or action games in general, you will not regret this purchase and a Halo game is a must for any Xbox owner.

2.Halo: The Master Chief Collection(Amazon Link)

343 studies successfully tie in three generations of some of the best FPS games ever made, Halo Reach being the last one added to the collection making in total 6 classic FPS shooters with all they’re fantastic multiplayer and campaigns being completely overhauled.

Halo 2, and 1 have a complete graphical overall, and you can switch between the old and new graphics with a press of a button, which is cool to see. Every other game got a sharp graphical upgrade and can be played in 4K. The multiplayer servers are fantastic and you could get any game mode you want across every game assuming you have a little patience.

Overall, for the price of one game, you get 6 elite level first-person shooters some being the finest in their genre. 343 deserve a lot of credit because it was a lot worse at lunch yet they have stuck through it and created something special, a perfect collection for any FPS or Halo fan.

3.Apex Legends

Apex Legends hit 50 million players in its first month and it’s one of the most popular games of any platform. It is a battle royale style game where 20 squads of three players compete against each other to be the last team standing and is developed by Respawn Entertainment and set in the Titanfall universe after the events of Titanfall 2.

What separates it from other battle royale games like Fortnite and PUBG is there are 8 different classes that are marked by 8 different characters with their own unique abilities. It’s cool to experiment with different characters and see what character combinations best fits your squad’s playstyle.

It’s kinda like Fortnite mixed with OverWatch without the building. If you like battle royale but don’t like how competitive PUGB is Fortnites building mechanics and just want something more like a traditional FPS, then Apex Legends is for you!

The best thing? It’s completely free on every platform! So get busy downloading and see if you like it.

4.Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus(Amazon Link)

Wolfenstein 2 developed by MachineGames is a sequel to the hilarious yet serious Nazi killing first game and is set in an alternative 1960s Nazi-controlled America. The combat is fast-paced with dual wielding weapons feeling meaty and consumable are now picked up automatically.

What separates this game is the story between the action sequences, the entire cast is excellently well written and the main antagonist is one of the most interesting you will see in a game. You see things like a Nazi rally in New Mexico and Nazi soldiers having a conversation with Ku Klux Klan members and sharing common ground, these little moments in the world is where the game shines.

Check out a review to see the Nazi killing in action.

5.Doom (Amazon Link)

Doom is a modern reboot of one of the most important FPS games ever made, Doom (1993) which was first on the MS-DOS operating system. It is FPS at it’s most pure, messy frantic and just action-packed at every corner, it is just pure fun.

You can perform special melee finishers on hellspawn to satisfy your bloodlust and all classic weapon types & enemy types return with additional upgrades and the ability to double pump shotguns. It truly is one of the most enjoyable FPSs ever made.

6.. Titanfall 2 (Amazon Link)

TitanFall 1 was only released on the Xbox & PC and its sequel improves upon it in every way. The FPS movement is phenomenal with fluid movement and all the titans(robots) control you control are all unique. The campaign is one of the best FPS campaigns in recent memory, and a lot of the development team are ex infinity ward members who made COD 4 & Modern Warfare 2 two fantastic first-person shooters.

The battle between the giant mechs and smaller infantry is exciting and whilst the robots are powerful they are easy to hit and lack the manoeuvrability of the infantry, and the maps are varied enough to have a plentiful of hiding places for foot soldiers.

The game didn’t sell well but still has an active subreddit and is generally considered one of the best FPSs of all time which is sad as it was a commercial flop.

Check out a review of the robot infantry shooter down below but if your a fan of FPS just buy it, I promise you will not regret it.

7.Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare(Amazon Link)

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare(2019) is a step back from zombies, jetpacks, super jumps and too futuristic warfare to return from what made the most successful FPS franchise so successful Call Of Duty 4; unquestionably one of the most influential games of all time.

Activision stepped from the recent games instead brings war right back into more realistic settings, with the game being related to the very real conflicts of the Middle East & Russia, and it flirts with very serious material such as drone strikes and the cost of War but the campaign could have gone deeper.

It is one of the best COD’s in years with the shooting feeling solid and the controls working exactly as they should. Whilst there have been problems with the campaign not going as far left field as it should, and the multiplayer involving narrow maps that punish aggressive play, these issues have improved in recent times with better maps and Cod classics being introduced.

Check out a review here, but bear in mind the multiplayer issues have improved recently.

8.Battlefield 1 (Amazon Link)

Battlefield like Call Of Duty has gone through a difficult period recently, and Dice needed to shake the series. Battlefield 1 stepped back into WW1 and use the old to bring a fresh new spin on the series.

Spoiler alert it worked, as WW1 games are rare and seeing all these old classic weapons and vehicles gives a sense of realism to Battlefield 1 combined with the fantastic graphics and l details like limbs flying from explosions, really puts you into the forefront of the western front

Battlefields campaign is usually second to the multiplayer but surprisingly Battlefield 1 campaign is solid and poignant and it’s broken into 6 sections which each have a different setting and playable character which means it never gets stale so you get bored.

This change of setting feeds into the multiplayer as using all these old weapons fighting in some historic wartime fronts is unique for a videogame as WW1 has been criminally underused in a video game setting; the setting breaths a sense of fresh air, and is refreshing to see.

A vast improvement over Battlefield 4, it is graphically stunning even for a 2016 game, fun and sometimes upsetting. Overall, Battlefield 1 is a solid game and is a successful reimagination of the franchise. Check out a review to see more.

9.Overwatch (Amazon Link)

Apex Legends borrowed a lot from Overwatch, it’s a classic arena shooter similar to Team Fortress 2 developed by Blizzard sitting two six-person teams of 21 drastically different characters with equally different abilities against each other in a cartoonish battle to the death.

The maps are varied and built with different game modes in mind such as King Of The Hill and Capture The Flag which gives the game a beautiful cohesive feel. All characters control differently and navigate the map in different ways.

You need to work together to win and if your a fan of FPS and squad-based games, in general, you will LOVE OverWatch

10.Destiny 2 (Amazon Link)

From Bungie, the creators of one of the most important FPS series of all time Halo, Destiny is an RPG focused FPS that improved on the formula of the first one in every way.

The story is a lot more developed with the old characters from the first game becoming a lot more fleshed out with newer characters being introduced, the shooting feels solid and responsive as you’d expect from Bungie. The main campaign can be completed in a few sessions but this game is all about the end game raids and the loot you can find with upgrading your character.

Destiny 2 is a far better game now than when it was released in 2017 due to DLC and Bungie constantly updating it, it only will get better with time with new DLC being constantly introduced.

Third Person Shooters

1.Gears 5 (Amazon Link)

Gears of War was one of Microsoft’s best exclusives last generation and this is still true today. The superb third-person cover combat with gory kills are as good as ever and the story is fantastic to match. You actually care about the new cast and the performances are all strong. On the Xbox One X, the game is true 4K and at times the visuals are absolutely breathtaking.

The multiplayer is still fantastic with a new mode called ‘escape’ which is a revamped horde mode where you must escape a Locost nest as efficiently as possible. This game is fantastic and is included in the game pass and is a must by for any Xbox One owner.

2.Fortnite(Amazon Link)

In case, you’re not familiar with the battle royale game off 100 players of groups of 3 or solo in a face-off to the death that has “250 million” players and has moved into pop culture. The games cartoony graphics with its unique building mechanics really make it special and it’s spawned countless inferior copycats that don’t do it justice.

It’s got a reputation as a kids game and it is as a 16-year-old is now $3 Million Richer(NewYorkTimes) after playing the game. It is genuinely challenging and updates all the time with new seasons with tons of fresh content such as different maps and weapons like Apex Legends. The third-person shooting is solid and the game has a luck element as you need to open chests that spawn different guns and accessories like armour and med kids.

And the best part is? It is completely free for your Xbox One and every other platform in existence and you don’t need PS Plus! Cool right? Check out this review from someone who started playing recently.

3.TOM CLANCY’S THE DIVISION 2 (Amazon Link)

The division 2 is a looter shooter like Borderlands and Ubisoft did the perfect sequel as it took everything that worked in the original game, improved the formula and made it better whilst listening to their customer feedback. Like Destiny 2 the fun is in the end game and with the grind, it excels with this mechanic.

You have tons to do with a solid story mode and better still Ubisoft will continue to update the game with new story missions, eight-player raids and much much more. If you like looter shooters you will have tons of fun with this game.

4.PUBG(Amazon Link)

The game that first popularised the battle royale genre PUBG has improved a lot since it was released in 2017 with more weapons, a better loot system, and increased character mobility.

The core gameplay is the same as you jump out of an aeroplane and transverse through the massive 4 different maps and find weapons and accessories such as body armour and try to be the last one standing. There’s also a lot of vehicles to drive to travel quicker.

It’s a simple game and helped popularise a genre, check out this PUBG player who put in 1000+ hours to see if PUBG is still worth playing.

Japanese RPGs

1.Kingdom Hearts 3(Amazon Link)

Want Final Fantasy mixed with Disney? Well, Kingdom Hearts is the perfect blend, the series dates back to the PS2 released in 2002. Think of an action RPG with all your favourite Disney characters including Donald Duck, Goofy, Micky Mouse and even everyone from Toy Story!

The story is quite confusing even for those who played the 10 games between 2 and 3 and the combat could be more refined but there is no game like Kingdom Hearts 3 and you need to see a review to understand what your getting. It’s a crazy game but it’s a must if you grew up with Disney and like games like Final Fantasy.

2.Final Fantasy 15(Amazon Link

Have you played Final Fantasy before? Final Fantasy 15 is an attempt by Square Enix to bring new players to the series for the first time and is set in an open world complete with flying cars and an abundance of fan service for its marketing.

Your group of 4 friends go on a road trip across the world with an easy 100 hours+ of content, the game was in development for 10 years and is packed full of things to see, side quests to do and monsters to hunt. The battle system might not be perfect but it’s a strong introduction to the final fantasy genre for first-timers and still feels like a Final Fantasy game.

3.Monster Hunter World(Amazon Link)

Monster Hunter by the creators of Devil May Cry Capcom is a very very Japanese game and that is a great thing. Monster Hunter World is the series most accessible outing where you’re in a gorgeous open world filled full of monsters you have track find the best weapons for the job and eventually hunt.

This is a very unique game that opens up after several hours when you need to be very specific about what gear you get what you upgrade and what monsters you want to hunt. It isn’t mindlessly killing monsters, some monsters are extremely challenging and monsters are incredibly varied, you need to do everything from tracking them, find the best specific armour and then kill them. The sense of satisfaction you get after a lengthly victorious monster encounter is fantastic and you really feel like a monster hunter.

This game will not be for everyone but if you’re a fan of RPGs and thinking about your in-game choices you should love it, you can also enjoy it for up to 3 friends and best of all the difficulty scales! Check out a review down below.

Western RPGs

1.The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt(Amazon Link

Witcher 3 as a game shouldn’t have worked, it was the polish companies first step into the open-world genre as the older games were very linear. Witcher 3 didn’t just WORK it is arguably the game of this decade and one of the best game ever made.

You are Geralt of Rivia a Witcher who earns his living by slaying monsters and is blessed(cursed?) with magical monster powers. This is a true RPG masterpiece with an easy 100+ hours of gameplay to be had, with some of the best DLCS found in gaming.

I’ve only started playing and in the first hour you are blown away by the presentation value and you only just started the game. The combat is solid with a mixture of skills, potion creating and levelling up Geralt to suit your playstyle.

There is a lot to understand but if your an RPG fan this is simply a MUST and the game is more popular than ever due to the recent Netflix series. Simply put, BUY this game it is a modern masterpiece. Check out this video discussing why it’s the game of the decade.

2.Fallout 4(Amazon Link)

Fallout 1 first released in 1997 on PC and it’s RPG based combat set in a post-nuclear apocalypse, caused by a swift nuclear war between the USA & China is the perfect setting for a game. Fallout 4 was game of the year and the latest edition(we can ignore Fallout3 76) by Bethesda that brings the adventure to Boston.

The game has packed full of side quests and things to do with the combat being an improvement from Fallout 3. Unfortunately, it lost a lot of roleplaying elements from the former games and your character speaking won’t suit die-hard RPG fans but the game is still solid and will last you 50+ hours.

Check out the review below, but if you like roleplaying games you should love Fallout 4 despite its shortcomings I personally thought it was a very good game packed full of things to do and I was sad when it ended.

3.Deus Ex: Mankind Divided(Amazon Link)

The beauty of Deus Ex is it’s completely up to you on how you approach the game. the game is set in Prague as you Adam Jenson a special agent powerful cyborg is tasked with dealing with a terrorist organisation(aka the Illuminati)

You can approach your main missions and various side quests in completely different ways, either use stealth and travel through the world using secret pathways or just go all guns blazing and kill everyone(or choose not to). You use your exp to level up Jenson with unique abilities and both the combat and story are fantastic, and the story goes into some dark and interesting places about touching topics involving cyborgs and world politics.

I really enjoyed Deus Ex and if you love a game that can be completed in many different ways with your choices actually making a difference to what happens, I cannot recommend Deus Ex enough.

4.The Outer Worlds(Amazon Link)

Developed by Obsidian the creators of the fantastic Fallout New Vegas, starts as your character a frozen colonist, is reawakened by from frozen sleep by a mad scientist and puts you into a Fallout style Blade Runner Esque world. This is a true western role-playing game as you can make your character whoever they want, there is TONS of dialogue in this game most of it optional so it really rewards people who enjoy consuming all the lore and getting emersed in the gaming world.

The shooting is fantastic and responsive despite it being an RPG with stats you choose in the beginning to mould your character and you pick up perks with every 2 levels and every level you can put points into your key skills to match how you play. Think games like Fallout 3 and Skyrim and you would be correct.

The game is fantastic and solidifies Obsidian as the best creator of these types of western RPG. It isn’t quite an open world but rather has several considerable different worlds that you can fly to, they each are very differently graphically and have tons of side quests to sink your teeth into.

Third-Person Action Games

1.Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice(Amazon Link)

From the creators of Dark Souls game of the year 2019 Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice should be named “you die all the time” as the fair yet punishingly difficult game will kill you time and time again. The game is set in feudal Japan and each weapon you wield is drastically different and requires you to relearn how to play with each new weapon so it always feels fresh

The combat is like souls so you need to study your enemy intensely, learn their attack patterns and then counter accordingly. What makes it unique if you have a grappling hook that really improves your mobility and allows you to sneak up on enemies and quickly run away.

Minibosses will challenge you and keep you on your toes and test if you understand and evolve with the mechanics of the game. The story takes a backseat to the background of the game which has a gorgeous art style and the music is very relaxing. To see the game in action check the link below.

2.Control(Amazon Link)

Remedy the finish company who created Alan Wake and the first 2 Max Payne games have done it again with a fantastic third-person shooter full of supernatural powers. If you’re a fan of single-player or third-person action games, in general, you will LOVE control.

You play as Jesse Fagan a woman looking for her lost brother who stumbles upon a government agency of the supernatural, the environment is huge with tons of things to find and whilst there is backtracking involved it delivers some of the best experiences in the game.

It’s all about Jesse’s powers and they are all very well designed with excellent feedback with the vibration of the controller, you can do the standard pick up things and throw, rip up the floor to shield yourself plus much much more.

Overall, the game is fantastic and looks great and is a true no mess single-player experience. Check out a before you buy right here.

3.Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain(Amazon Link

Metal Gear Solid is one of the best influential gaming series ever made and is the last game in the series to be completely designed by the fantastic Hideo Kojima the creator of Death Stranding. The plot has always been difficult in metal gear but this one, in particular, can be very difficult to understand but the gameplay is as complicated but there’s SO much to do.

The gameplay is fantastic as you can either treat it as a stealth game or a standard FPS which is fine as the shooting feels nice and responsive. Most of the time your finding resources to improve your home base, and completing missions feels very rewarding due to the difficulty of the game.

When you start upgrading the weapons and having different troops to deploy is where the game really shines, some people have put 400+ hours into this game as it has so much replay value.

If you’re a fan of micromanagement or stealth games in general Metal Gear Solid 5 is a must by. Check out a review of the game here.

Do you enjoy an extremely difficult gaming experience that is as rewarding as it’s challenging? Then you need to play the Dark Souls series, it is infamous for being super challenging but when you die it’s your fault which I love in games.

It has RPG mechanics where you level up your character and chooses how you want to play, whether you focus on sword & shield or use more magic the choice is completely dependent on your playstyle. The soul games have defined modern gaming of returning to gaming roots when games were very difficult and challenging and this is a fitting end to. a fantastic trilogy

If you a fan of games like Far Cry or Uncharted you should love this game, and whilst the characters aren’t as developed as Uncharted you get enough content to really care about what happens to them which is always good. Overall, the game is solid and if your a fan of third-person action games you will like this game.

6.Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice(Amazon Link)

Hellblade is the developer Ninja Theory’s first try of publishing their own game and it follows the Celtic warrior Senua who is suffering from serious psychosis to travel to hell to find her long lost lover.

The combat is hack and slash and whilst not the games biggest strength is solid, but what makes it special is the game uses an alarming mix of binaural audio and visual techniques to simulate Senua experience of psychosis to a very effective manner. This game NEEDS to be played on Headphones to truly experience it.

This game deserves credit for highlighting the struggles of dealing with mental health, and it’s both disturbing and deeply enjoyable to play. It has cool features like lacking any in-game HUD and if you die a certain amount of times your save file gets deleted!

The game whilst short at 6 hours can be picked up very cheaply, and just deserves a playthrough. Check out a review down below.

You play as three distinct characters full of unique personality and like different weapons in Nioh all characters control completely differently with unique properties and abilities. Combat is swift and action-packed with a lot of depth in combos and upgrades and although the roughly 10-12 campaign ends somewhat abruptly it will keep you hooked throughout.

Devil May Cry is one of the finest action series ever, and Devil May Cry 5 was a fantastic return to form and set an exciting future and Capcom issued an industry standard on what action can be. Check out a review down below.

Ignore IGN’s review Alien Isolation is a fantastic survival horror game and really replicates the films universe, atmosphere, feeling perfectly. You play as Amanda Ripley, the daughter of commander Ripley from the first film on her quest to find her mother’s ship flight recorder. Obviously the alien is still there and tracking you down!

The story is canon from the movie universe and the voice acting is fantastic, with even some of the original cast from the movies. What makes the game is the aliens AI is fantastic and has been praised even years later, it learns from what you do so you need to change your survival patterns otherwise it will find you and kill you time and time again.

It’s one of the scariest games ever because you always feel vulnerable and you can never kill the alien outright. It’s on Game Pass but if you want a peek into the gameplay of the game just out a review right here.

It’s is a unique gaming experience and it’s one of the best exclusives on the Xbox One.

You can play with up to 4 friends or face the seas alone. The game was quite barebones when it was released not having much variety, but this has changed with 5 free updates to the game and more updates coming. These updates have mostly come from the feedback of the community which is fantastic to see and the game is completely different from launch and is made with PvP in mind which makes sense for a pirate game.

One of the best-reviewed games of all time with numerous 10s across the board GTA V is an updated version of the game and sets you as three different playable characters, Trevor, Franklin and Michael in an almost photo-real depiction of Los Angeled, filled with cars to drive people to see and crazy missions to do.

It is a massive sandbox game, filled with tons of things to do such as playing golf, tennis and even yoga you can easily put it 100+ hours into the single-player alone which isn’t even talking about the multiplayer.

The multiplayer is so varied and packed full of content I cannot do it justice, people spend hours upon hours grinding for in-game currency and it isn’t difficult to see why.

GTA V is unique as it is one of the best games if not the best in both console generations, with the PS4 version improving on the PS4 version in every way possible. Check out a review if you need more convincing but it recently got put on the game pass!

With 100+ hours content and more things to do than you can shake a stick at, story missions, side quests,mini-games, activities, hunting the possibilities are endless and the hours will roll by. Take the game slow and really appreciate all the fantastic attention to detail RockStar put in the game(horse testicle physics aside), it’s one of the best games of the decade and that’s not even talking about online mode.

Really this game is a must by, check out the review by IGN right here

1.Tekken 7(Amazon Link)

If you’re a fan of fighting games then you should seriously consider Tekken 7. It is what you expect a very well-tuned fighting game with 36 very diverse initial characters to play and enjoy. There are low, high and mid attacks and combat resolves around blocking, sidestepping and issuing deadly juggles and fights can end quickly. Online has both ranked and non-ranked matches, a robust practise mode is also included with a solid arcade mode.

Regarding the story, this is a conclusion of the 20-year-old saga and whilst difficult to follow along to if your not a diehard Tekken fan, it is packed full of funny moments and large than life action sequences. If you’re a fan of fighting games or arcade games, you can’t go wrong with Tekken 7. Take a peek at the review here.

2.Mortal Kombat 11(Amazon Link)

Mortal Kombat has been infamous for its gory fatalities but it has made massive strides in gameplay and MK 11 is it’s best yet. There are 25 characters on the rooster that each have 60 skins,90 pieces of customisable gear and 10 techniques to add to there abilities.

The combat is a lot slower which isn’t a bag thing, as it’s focused on punishing misplaced attacks instead of blindly rushing in. The story is around 6 hours long and mixes the old with the new as many characters encounter their old selves sometimes with hilarious results.

Overall, Mortal Kombat 11 is a fantastic fighting game check out a review here.

Driving Games

Forza Horizon 4(Amazon Link)

Forza Horizon 4 took everything from the previous game and made it so you never want to stop playing, it is the best driving game ever made. it’s set in the UK with the gorgeous English countryside and rolling hills and all the 4K sheep you want to harass.

It’s an open-world racer with rewards for exploration and a highly customisable campaign, with such a large collection of exotic cars you almost won’t believe it. In the open world, you will see other players doing their own thing but you will only interact with them if you choose to do so.

Really, if you’re a racing fan or like cars in general Forza Horizon 4 is a MUST by and it really is reason enough to have an Xbox. Check out IGN review of the car masterpiece down below.

Indie Games

1.Cuphead(Microsoft Link)

Cuphead is a nod to the extremely difficult platformers of the 80s like contra with a soundtrack and animation style inspired by 1930s cartoons like early Disney. The game might look cute but it is one of the most difficult games of recent times and will frustrate you to no end.

The main draw is the bosses which can be massive and take up the whole screen and are a joy to beat after dying countless times with a great sense of accomplishment. The game is really a “Get good” kind of game as there is no handle holding or easy mode, you can do couch co-op to have someone help you defeat a super difficult boss but unfortunately, this is no online multiplayer.

Overall, if your a fan of seriously difficult platforms or love beautiful hand-drawn cartoon art styles you should love Cuphead. However, be warned as it’s very difficult and will make you pull your hair out. Check out a review of the game down below

2.Ori and the Blind Forest(Microsoft Link)

Still, one of the best platformers on the console the world of Ori is as gorgeous as it is dangerous. You explore the levels finding new powers and abilities so you can unlock new areas standard stuff but the gameplay is always challenging and never repetitive.

Even with full health you always feel vulnerable and die very quickly, and every dungeon ends with a Metroid like climax where all your skills are pushed to the max to escape, with no checkpoints mastery through repetition becomes crucial.

Overall, if you love gorgeous Japanese art styles, challenging platformers and an engrossing story Ori is for you. There is a sequel due to be released February 2020, check out a review of Ori down below.

3. What Remains of Edith Finch (Microsoft Link)

What Remains of Edith Finch is a roughly 2-hour storytelling masterpiece that is both tragic and makes you reevaluate what life is. It’s like reading a book, watching a movie and playing a game all at the same time! This modern classic pushes the media of what a game is further.

The finch household feels genuinely lived in, and each characters death story is unique and tugs the heartstrings in different ways and will make you feel and put down the controller and really think about what the game is expressing, a unique feat for gaming.

It’s more art than a video game and can only really be experienced, check out a. review of the art piece down below.

4. Minecraft(Amazon Link)

Perhaps the biggest game in the last decade, at its heart it’s a sandbox survival game that allows players to play in-game lego and build with blocks in a world that is completely 3-d generated. It allows players to express themselves creatively and entire virtual cities have been constructed in the game.

If you don’t care about art and just want to explore the world, harvest resources, create itself kill enemies and survive you can do that. This generation of consoles allows the worlds to be 36 times larger than before and you can play 2 player split-screen or host games of up to 8 different players with enough room for everyone to. hunt and. explore.

Minecraft is a true gaming phenomenon so much that Microsoft spent $2.5 billion to acquire the Swedish game developer Mojang in 2015 and its nice in a gaming world of blowing stuff up to actually spend the time to create and build.
